1. Scope of Services
Mason & Mortar Private Limited provides construction consultancy, project management, turnkey construction, architectural planning, villa construction, residential construction and NRI home construction services in Chennai and surrounding areas. Any quotation, proposal or consultation is subject to the terms below unless otherwise agreed in writing.
2. Project Enquiries
When you contact us through our website, WhatsApp, phone, email or in person, you provide your name, phone number, email address and project details so that we can respond to your enquiry, discuss your requirements and provide suitable options. We may request additional information where needed for a site visit, estimate or proposal.
3. Quotations & Estimates
Any estimate, budget indication, or construction proposal shared by us is based on the information provided at that time. Final scope, cost and timeline may change depending on site conditions, design changes, material availability, statutory approvals or changes requested by the client.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information about the site, land title, intended use, design intent, budget expectations and approvals required from local authorities. Delays caused by incomplete information, late approvals or changes in scope may affect schedules and fees.
5. Payments & Milestones
Where a project is accepted for execution, payment terms and milestone schedules will be communicated in the signed agreement or work order. Unless otherwise stated, payments are expected to be made within the agreed timeline and in accordance with the approved work plan.
6. Intellectual Property
Any design concepts, drawings, technical documents, project reports, photographs, pricing tools and content prepared by Mason & Mortar remain the property of Mason & Mortar unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients may use such materials solely for the agreed project purpose.
7. Limitation of Liability
Mason & Mortar shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, punitive or consequential damages arising from delays, changes in scope, local authority requirements, force majeure events or third-party issues beyond our reasonable control. Our total liability for any claim shall be limited to the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim unless otherwise required by applicable law.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
